Step 3 Fill out “PAYMENT INVOICE” upon receipt & send. Step 4 When we receive payment confirmation, we will ship your order.. f Please Note f • All artwork is sold on a First come-First serve basis. • If you buy more than one item at the same time, they will all be included on one invoice. • payment for your item(s) must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your paypal invoice or item(s) will be re-posted for sale. • You should receive your order within 7-10 days of your payment. • Sign up for “New Release Notification” to see our latest work first! f SHIPPING f JEWELRY: Shipping anywhere in the U.S. is a flat rate of $4.60 as long as it’s under 4lbs. Your order will be shipped in a bubble envelope. SCULPTURE: If you live close to Napa, we suggest you come to our studio & pick it up to save a bundle on shipping. For artwork over $1,000. We will be happy to deliver within a one hour drive of Napa.  f Custom Work f • Custom artwork is priced as quoted. • Date of completion for work is based upon design & complexity of project. • Design, cost, & timeline will all be agreed upon prior to beginning project. • 50% deposit is required before work begins. • Although we will do our utmost to please our clients, please remember that each piece is a work of art & as such, we reserve the right to exercise “creative license” when necessary or appropriate.
